Fantastic location for exploring Saaremaa, spa treatments are a treat, loved the sea view from the balcony. Total Well-Being indeed.
Disappointing breakfast without fresh saulted fish. I mean, in a land of fresh fish, they should have it, right?

I wanted to visit Kuressaare Castle, and chose Georg Ots Spa Hotel for its location. The front desk staff pleasantly surprised me with their 24-hour availability and assistance with bicycle rental. I enjoyed the traditional dishes served every morning in the hotel restaurant, which uses fresh products from local farms. The indoor and outdoor pools were also a great addition to the hotel.
Spa area is rather limited.

the room was perfectly clean and what's more - included a nice shower and a shower. excellent view over the sea, truly enjoyed it. its location was favourable, by the seaport. easily reached lounge restaurant muusa, located just a short walk away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

I stayed here for a vacation and will certainly stay here again. The staff was very good and really kind, they were always available. Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from a saaremaa museum was great. The hotel was very close to a castle and a fortress: D

I had an amazing time at Georg Ots Spa. The restaurant served excellent food, with a rich breakfast and delicious dinner options. The service was quick and attentive, even during peak hours. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of towels provided. The location was perfect, with a balcony offering a wonderful view. The spa treatments were top-notch, and I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy them again. I loved everything about my stay and will definitely be back!
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The location was lovely, at a medium distance from a best-preserved castle. I ate at a good restaurant which offers delicious dishes.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel: the location was quiet and picturesque, and it was within walking distance to the town center. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a great spa with two pools and three saunas. We especially enjoyed the outdoor pool and found it to be a perfect way to cool down after hot sauna. Moreover, the hotel had professional and friendly staff who were always ready to help. Breakfast was very good - there were plenty of salad items, hot dishes, fresh fruits, smoothies, and good coffee. We also appreciated having plenty of parking spaces available.
Not obvious to find.

This is an excellent hotel with a lot of attention paid to details. The hotel also has a fine restaurant. It is not the cheapest hotel around, but the quality of the hotel makes it worth it.

Spending Easter at this hotel was a good experience overall. The breakfast was very satisfying, and the pool area was a highlight. It was nice to relax in the sauna and swim in the pool. The location was also great, as it was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Another bonus was the comfortable bathrobes provided in the room.
The hotel rooms could use a refresh. It felt like they haven't been updated in a while, and some parts of the room were a bit tired-looking.

The outside pool was great and I they offer very good massages.
The floor in the spa was slippery, I almost fell and saw several children and a few grown-ups falling there.

The hotel's decoration is simply exquisite, with elegant furnishings and beautiful artwork throughout. The general areas are comfortable and spacious, making it easy for seniors like myself to navigate. The hotel is also wheelchair accessible, which is a great convenience for older guests.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be a bit more attentive and helpful.

Great location close to the beach and town centre. Room was spacious and clean. Enjoyed the view from the balcony.
The staff could have been more welcoming. I felt ignored at times and had to wait too long for service.

The room was nice, hotel staff helpful, the towers of the castle can be seen from the balcony. The menu in the evening was quite short, but breakfast is allright, very tasty pancakes :)
The balcony is small and with stamps instead of chairs. But the worst thing was the sauna - separate for ladies and separate for gentleman, where people must go naked (no swimming suit is allowed in sauna). That ruined all fun in the so called SPA. Nevertheless, you can ask for a private sauna, but have to wait 1,5 h untill it gets hot, so plan your time and money (private sauna costs about 35 eur/h).
